Exporting SMS and send details
It is possible to request an export of SMS sent or campaigns in a .xls or .csv format. Once organised, the file containing will be sent to the e-mail address indicated in the ‘User settings‘ section of your profile or you can edit this email address before sending the file.
EXPORTING A SINGLE CAMPAIGN
This can be done by identifying the desired sent campaign and clicking on the title. A summary window will then open with a red ‘DOWNLOAD REPORT‘ button .
EXPORTING SMS SENT IN A CERTAIN PERIOD
To export 2 or more SMS messages from different campains at the same time, it is necessary to:
- To access the SMS Campaigns page
- Click on the grey button for the date dropdown, select a time frame or use the date fields and then press the execute button ‘>>‘ – Click on the grey ‘EXPORT MESSAGES‘ button at the bottom of the table.
Note: The search time frame must be less than or equal to 30 days (e.g. from 01/03/202020 00:00 to 01/04/2020 00:00).
EXPORTING CAMPAIGNS SENT IN A CERTAIN PERIOD
To export 2 or more SMS campaigns in a set date period, it is necessary to:
- To access the SMS Campaigns page
- Click on the grey button for the date dropdown, select a time frame or use the date fields and then press the execute button ‘>>‘ – Click on the grey ‘EXPORT CAMPAIGNS‘ button at the bottom of the table.
Note: The search time frame must be less than or equal to 30 days (e.g. from 01/03/202020 00:00 to 01/04/2020 00:00).
Check the status of sent SMS
The SMS sent can have the following statuses:
- OK : Message delivered to the recipient;
- WAITING : Mobile off or unreachable;
- TIMEOUT : After 48 hours the telephone company has not yet provided confirmation of receipt, but the message may still have been delivered;
- ERROR : Message rejected by the operator; error due to non-existent number, recipient mobile turned off for more than 48 hours, or type of content / characters not supported by the mobile phone;
- SPAM : More than 50 messages per day sent to the same mobile phone number.
