Sending to multiple recipients

To send EMAIL to SMS to multiple recipients simultaneously, it is necessary to create a contact GROUP on the platform.

Subsequently it will be possible to proceed with the sending using the normal procedure for sending email to SMS, adding the email address indicating the name of the corresponding contact group in the “To” field with the standard format:

GROUPNAME@m2s.mediaburst.co.uk
EXAMPLE : “GROUPNAME@m2s.mediaburst.co.uk“

Please note: The sender ID needs to be inputted into the email subject line and will be limited to 11 alphanumeric characters.
